Bathroom with interesting taps

Here is the other bathroom that we have been refurbishing in Marbella. We have transformed this rather dull French influenced 1970's bathroom into a complete pamper temple. We have replaced the rather over-the-top oyster shell suite, with an up-to-the minute styled theme. Replacing the bidet with Jucuzzi's latest shower enclosure which they call Summer Rain. The twee wall lights above the mirrors and the ineffective central spot light fitting with a new ceiling with energy efficient independent zoned mood lighting. We custom built our own style of discreet backlit mirror to the wall with LED lights which we complemented with matching plinth lights.

Bathrooms, pamper rooms, total luxury in Marbella

Here our clients asked us to update their 1980's style bathroom. This time they wanted to change the bath for a minimalist shower, the tiling to be more sleek, and an overall appearance of bright, clean lines.
More to come next week when we show you the other bathroom with very interesting taps!

Home Study

This is a custom home study which we have been building. It occupies a very awkward corner in the guest bedroom of an attic penthouse. It was designed to give the maximum amount of useful working space without being obtrusive when there are guests staying.
We included task lighting, 12-Volt halogen Down-lighters for the work area, and this is echoed by the lighted headboard which we designed and made for the bed, using energy efficient LED lights.
All the contents of the office can by tidied away in the delightfully attractive custom built cabinets.
The office has no cables showing and with the computer built under the desktop has an very uncluttered appearance. A section of the open shelving was built around the dimensions of a T.V. which is directly opposite the bed.

Bathroom At Benal Beach, Benalmadena

The bathroom in Benal Beach needed a reform. The owners wanted to replace the bath with a modern shower enclosure.
A multijet, digital temperature control, shower unit with large shower head, multifunctional hand unit and massage jets was installed.

An attractive simple border with Mediterranean blues was included in the retiling.

Kitchen With Central Plinth

Here we had to disguise the column, and we came up with a useful central plinth which has the added bonus of bringing the cooking area and the dish washing area closer together.

Modern Kitchen In Black and White

Here we show a kitchen that has been created in the living space of this house. The owners wanted to change their home around to adapt to their lifestyle with two young children. It is in white with black granite tops and backstands, and has many up to date features, including a feature extractor hood, integral coffee maker, pyrolytic oven, vitroceramic hob.
Note the back splash is also in granite, and the plinth lighting under cupboards and on the skirting boards. A custom broom/storage cupboard has been added, and of course all drawers and doors have soft close fittings.

Small kitchen makeover with Silestone Aluminium Nube Worktops

The Kitchen in Calahonda, with Aluminio Nube Silestone worktops and sink, and many custom features, to inprove the storage capacity of this small kitchen.

We are very pleased with the outcome of this latest kitchen, it has a modern interpretation of Art Deco.

Improved - storage facilities
Improved - work triangle
Improved -
aesthetically
Improved - lighting

Our "Magic Corner" facilitates access, without the need for carousel. Easier to keep clean and uses 100% of the corner space.

The sink has an extra tap - this is the water filter system which was installed by our colleague - Keith of Everpure.
The built in oven has a vitroceramic top with extendible cooker hood, all this give a sleek tidy appearance.
The existing microwave we have built in thus creating more work surface space.
All appliances are integrated including client's washing machine and fridge freezer.

"Before Pics"
The "work triangle" was not fully implemented in this "U" shaped kitchen. The sink being the opposite side of the room to the oven.
The appliances were all on-show contrasting badly with the units.
The units were a standard 70 mm tall, and of course on top of these were a lot of dusty "hardly or never used" items - we all have them.
